1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa through trusted courier partners.

Delivery is available to all major cities, towns, and surrounding areas. For remote or outlying regions, additional delivery time or fees may apply.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.

3. Delivery Times


  • Major Cities (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–5 business days

  • Regional Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays, or load shedding disruptions).

4. Shipping Fees


  • Standard Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/size.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over R1,000 qualify for free standard delivery within South Africa (unless otherwise stated).

  • Large or Bulky Items: Furniture and oversized items may incur an additional handling fee. This will be displayed at checkout.

5. Click & Collect (if applicable)

Customers can choose to collect their order from our warehouse or designated pickup point at no additional cost.

You’ll receive a β€œReady for Collection” email once your order is available.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.

You can use these details to track your parcel directly with our courier partner.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

Repeated failed deliveries may incur additional fees.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@homeandhouse.co.za.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

9. International Shipping

At this stage, we only deliver within South Africa.
