1. Our Promise

At Home & House, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items for a refund, exchange, or store credit β€” subject to the terms below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:


  • It is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

  • It includes all manuals, parts, and accessories.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:


  • Assembled or used furniture

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@homeandhouse.co.za.

Include clear photos and your order number. We’ll inspect the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.

4. Return Process


  1. Email info@homeandhouse.co.za with your order details.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide a return reference number.

  3. Repackage the item securely in its original box.

  4. We’ll schedule a courier collection or advise on drop-off options.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are made to your original payment method or as a store credit, depending on your preference.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or receive a refund.
